The Self Discovery Journey is an in depth online coaching program supporting the process of Self discovery, wholeness, and authenticity through connection with the true Self, sacred plant essence remedies, and parts work.
Seeking the Authentic Self teaches the tools of meditation, self-hypnosis, and exercises for connecting to the Sacred Self to heal and transform your life. This course includes advanced tools for healing, offering concepts and meditations from The Survivor’s Compass: From Trauma to True Self, by Anne Marck.
Your monthly subscription includes all video lessons, audio recordings, and PDF resources for the duration of your membership. Complete the courses at your own pace. Journey Members also receive a member exclusive 20% discount on Sacred Plant Essence Remedies for the duration of their subscription.

Trauma Recovery: Stages & Steps: Learn the stages and steps of the trauma recovery journey and the tools you will need to step onto a path of healing.
Sacred Journey: Reclaiming Your Essential Self: Learn the concepts and tools for reclaiming your essential Self and connecting with the Sacred Self through meditation, journal work, and sacred plant essence remedies. This is the online support program for our local Women’s Group event and is offered to support your journey work.
Local Women’s Group events include a donation fee that is separate from this membership.
