The Self Discovery Journey is an online program supporting the process of Self discovery, wholeness, and authenticity through connection with the true Self, sacred plant essence remedies, and parts work.
The program includes short online lessons, IFS meditations, and other mindfulness practices that will help you to explore your “internal system” and show up with compassion to help your internal “parts” heal, transform, and become integrated into wholeness and spiritual connection. The focus is on developing Self-leadership and skills that you can take into your daily life to live peacefully, full of purpose and authenticity.
Program Outline:
Participants will learn principles of IFS, parts meditation, mindfulness practices, Self-mastery tools, and sacred plant essence healing methods.
The program is divided into three stages, four sessions per stage. Each session is approximately 45-60 minutes long (including a 10-15 minute meditation exercise).
It is recommended that you complete one session per week, or every other week, along with the guided meditations and PDF resources. Each session will focus on developing self-healing tools and practices that will help you live a more fulfilling, peaceful, and “Self” led life. The program can be completed in 3 months, doing one session every week, or 6 months doing one session every other week.
